But you can travel up and down the country now, restrictions now lifted on local travel and as from June 21st, all restrictions lifted, no pathetic masks, no “social distancing”. So why would no football fans be allowed to travel?

mayor, clubs can fill grounds with home fans only, cant see them letting fans go up and down the country till covid nearly gone,

In effect, next season. If the government are saying stadiums should be back to full capacity for next season and all restrictions lifted from June 21st, then full stadiums should mean away support is allowed as well.

grotty son, have you clicked on the link that they have provided, that allows your club cash to be allocated to your membership number? It's one of the very first things you see when you log in?

Hi,I am on nights but have phoned up 6 times and have been cut off every time.I have history of West Ham treating me like a @@@@,so despite at least 12 emails being ignored I am used to it but it is really really hard to take.This is a annual event for me.

I found it easier just calling up rather than doing it online - was fairly simple.

Are you a away season ticket holder and trying to renew that at the same time?
If so it won't let you use club cash if you try renewing that at the same time
Have to do it in two transactions

Not on here to defend the club but it worked fine for both me and my grandson.
Those of you that are struggling to pay with club cash did you opt to have unattended matches added and did you also let the club know that you wanted all of the yet unplayed matches added to your club cash? This had to be done a few weeks back. When you log on you should be able to see how much club cash you have in your account.
Also, you might like to know that the option to pay with club cash doesn't appear until the final check out page

I have over £850 in club cash but I am unable to spend it.My debit card will be charged instead,I have not been given a opportunity to use my club cash,the option is not there for me.West Ham are the only business on the planet that fights me every time I want to throw money at them.

It really was simple.
Renewed in 5 mins used club cash left over from last season and. because I have always left my money in the club a bit left over too from the 19/20 season .
I don't know why they gave people so many choices with the money? Its just causing problems.
